  • Redesigned the Online Banking Accounts Pages to enhance feature discoverability and visual clarity, guided by user feedback and behavioral analytics. This resulted in a rise in experience scores from 65% to 88%.

  • Created a streamlined onboarding flow for Online Banking that improved first-time user experience that reduced drop-off by over 16%.

  • Championed strategic design practices and formalized UX processes across squads, which contributed to an increase in UX maturity from Level 3 to 5 on the NN/g scale.

  • Co-designed Libro’s first design system to streamline development and ensure accessibility compliance, consistency and efficiency across platforms.

  • Integrated UX research into the design lifecycle by securing stakeholder buy-in for tools like HotJar, Qualtrics, and 11:FS, enabling data-driven design decisions backed by over 15,000 pieces of user feedback collected since implementation.

  • Modernized Libro.ca homepage to better serve new and existing Owners by transforming it into a data-informed, action-driven experience, resulting in a 75% increase in views.

  • Revamped the company website’s information architecture using card sorting and tree testing to improve navigation flow.
